On this week’s show, we discussed Casper’s S-1 and Plaid getting bought out by Visa for $1 billion. Both Ryan and I agreed that Casper is going to have a tough time garnering a high sales multiple in the public markets and that Plaid looks to be a logical acquisition for Visa (even if we mispronounced its name the whole show).
